At Naaz Footwear, we take great care in delivering quality handcrafted products. Due to the made-to-order and artisanal nature of our items, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Please double-check sizing, colors, and quantity before placing your order. If you require assistance, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

Payment Methods

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Secure Payments.
  • PayPal is also available for international orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any orders.

Shipping Information

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping within the UK on orders above £50.
  • Orders below £50 will be charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Delivered in 5–7 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivered in 7–14 working days depending on destination.
  • Made-to-order or customized items may take longer. We will notify you by email if applicable.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery in their respective countries. Naaz Footwear is not liable for these additional charges.
